We take a look at trade between South Africa and Botswana for 2017 so far (Jan 2017- September 2017) and find that South Africa has an exceptionally healthy trade balance with its neighbor, since it exports far more to Botswana compared to what it is importing from it.

The total value of which amounted to R16.1billion so far this year. Other siginifcant exports from South Africa to Botswana include Prepared foodstuffs, Chemicals, Vehicles and Products from Iron and Steel.
