ESKOM with their dire financial troubles and slowing demand for electricity still pays their works the 4th highest hourly rate of any industry and job type in South Africa. No wonder they need constant bailouts from the South African government. Time for ESKOM to cut their work force by at least 20% in order to have any chance of staying a float.
