In an announcement made by government, in particular the department of health's announcement that the listeriosis outbreak can be tracked to a Enterprise factory in Polokwane, Limpopo and possibly a Rainbow chicken factory has sent TigerBrands (TBS) shares plummeting.
We take a look at some of the main food producers listed on the JSE including Tiger Brands and find that Mr Market is punishing Tiger Brands big time. For now stay away from polony and processed meats, and the shares of the those who produced these goods (I.e Tiger Brands). |
